excellent stay with superb service
aqua parkmany poolsfriendly staff
the hotel provided an aqua park and many pools. i found five restaurants with late breakfast and dinner hours. the cleanliness was great , and the rooms were well kept. the staff was professional and friendly , always ready to help.
the floors were too shiny and slippery.

the hotel has several super clean pools and a large family room suitable for three kids and two adults. kids enjoy the kids park with water features and lifeguards ensure safety. the hotel provides nice entertainment at night.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Need Addressing
repetitive foodbasic alcohol
The food options were quite repetitive . I found limited variety, and many dishes seemed to be slight variations of the same ingredients. The quality of drinks was also disappointing. Cocktails were absent, and the alcohol selection felt VERY basic. It seemed syrups are no longer available at the bars. The sunbeds are all broken.
